Wall Mount: These boxy, wooden wonders were the earliest mass-produced phones. This 1919 specimen by phone manufacturer Western Electric was one of the most common wall mounts. Today, it rings at $200.

Push Button: In 1963, manufacturers dialed back on rotary models and pushed these streamlined introductions. In pink, the Princess Phone fetches close to $200. Less desirable colors go for closer to $150.
Decorator: These sleek designs were stylish alternatives to Western Electric’s status quo.
Custom Colors: Today, there’s a new collector’s market for retro phones painted vibrant ( but no original) shades. The three vintage phones on the image above can cost you between $270- $330.

Candlestick: Slender and elegant, this scaled-down style debuted in 1890. Our favorite one is the one on the left. The 1909 brass western electric fetches $375.
Western Electric’s models were the American standard for nearly 50 years. Today these antiques cost between $150-$400.
