The restaurant is a collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett and Lime Wood’s Head Chef, Luke Holder. The design took inspiration from the building’s Regency architecture and from the restaurant’s locally sourced, simple dishes. Martin Brudnizki Design Studio introduced a panelled, dark-stained oak bar topped with an Irish green marble to the dining space and bespoke furniture upholstered in rough linens and patterned fabrics to bring an unpretentious sense of English eccentricity.
