You may have spotted a new vintage style Peruvian chicken restaurant called Baby Brasa when it opened on the Lower East Side in 2016. Not so much for its food perhaps but, more because of the variety of attractive pictures of chef/owner/model, Franco Noriega, that the media used to promote it. Well now, the hunky model is flexing his restaurateur muscles even more and expanding the architectural design to a second location in the West Village.
