HOTEL DES GRANDS BOULEVARDS
While the grand boulevards were still a verdant promenade and the French revolution (1789) was in full swing, this hotel was established. Dorothée Meilichzon blended the traditional and classic elements of the hotel with her iconic eclectic style!
FRENCHIE PIGALLE
Located in the heart of SOPI (South Pigalle) in Paris, the Frenchie Restaurant is the 6th Restaurant of the Michelin Starred Chef: Gregory Marchand. The interior designer made sure the interior design of the restaurant is just as impressive as the food.
ADRIATICA RISTORANTE
Located inside Il Palazzo Experimental, this Venitian Restaurant by Italian Supper Club, with the Young Chef Attilio. Another eclectic restaurant where design is just as important as food!

HOTEL PARADIS
The idea was to create a cozy hotel at a low price, with no specific theme but a unique decor. So each room is different, furniture and carpets are custom made or reissued. Dorothée Meilichzon used a lot of prints: on the wallpaper, on fabrics, on the round & soft headboard specially designed, and on the carpet.

HOTEL PANACHE
The hotel Panache is inspired by the neighborhood and the building itself. And as the building is shaped like the flat iron in NYC, the designer created a lot of angles: triangular mirrors on angles, patterns with triangles on carpets, walls & mosaïc, even the cupboard are corners, nothing is square apart from the bed!
HENRIETTA HOTEL
Henrietta Hotel was Dorothée Meilichzon’s first hotel in London. It included 18 rooms hotel and a restaurant by chef Ollie Dabbous.
ECC LOWER EAST SIDE – NEW YORK
Dorothée Meilichzon’s first project out of Europe, and she decided to follow the traveling theme. A tribute to the migrants of NY & lower east side, so: Chinese hats, silks, marble, Indian fresco, drawings of Rome (Italy) with some «jardin d’hiver» inspirations: bamboo, leaves, peacock feathers…
IL PALAZZO EXPERIMENTAL
Il Palazzo Experimental takes place in an ancient palazzo: an ancient house turned then into Adriatica’s headquarters (naval transport company) until they closed. The palazzo has two access: one from the Giudecca canal at the front and one from a private pier on the Rio del Ognissanti. This magnificent hotel has 33 rooms, one restaurant with a terrasse on the Giudecca, one terrasse in the garden and a cocktail bar.
COMPAGNIE DES VINS – LONDON
The new «compagnie des vins surnaturels» takes place in neals yard, covent garden. As the ‘yard’ is well known for its colorful buildings, it became an inspiration for the aesthetic of the space. Also, the triangular shape of the yard became a strong graphic element for Dorothée Meilichzon!
THE SHELL – PARIS
The Shell is the new cocktail bar of the Hotel Des Grands Boulevards. This tiny bar is covered with carmine red from floor to ceiling! For the counter, Dor is all in rough brass metal. At the entrance, a giant plaster shell, and some brass shell sconces inside the bar are a little wink to the rocaille, as the building was built just before the French revolution.
