THE PALLADIO London
Taking inspirations from the rich character of the Covent Garden Piazza, The Palladio apartments embody the very idea of curated luxury. Merging functionality and style with high quality finishes that are practical yet timeless and chic, The Palladio is designed around an exciting lifestyle. Natural light bathes the space through the large windows, acting as an asset in which subtle features such as deep cornices, timber floors and marble surfaces anchor themselves. The look is simple, yet sophisticated.
45 EAST 22ND STREET SHOW FLAT AND SALES CENTRE New York
Tasked with creating interiors for luxury residential development, 45 East 22nd Street, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio first created the show flat and sales centre. As the sixty-five storey apartment building is located in the heart of one of the most iconic and culturally sophisticated neighborhoods in Manhattan—the Flatiron District at Madison Square Park – the apartments take inspiration from the surrounding area and combine a pre-war sensibility for detail and materiality with a modern sense of space and light. The sales centre and show flat leave a lasting impression of the sophistication, functionality and beauty to be found at 45 East 22nd Street.
THE BEEKMAN SALES GALLERY New York
As Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is creating the interiors for The Beekman Hotel in New York, the Studio was asked to also create the sales gallery for the adjoining residential development. Located within the walls of one of New York’s most exceptional buildings, The Beekman sales gallery showcases the amenities and design aesthetic available for anyone living next to this landmark. Taking inspiration from The Beekman’s iconic 19th century architecture, including one of New York’s most impressive atriums at nine storeys, the design for the sales gallery gives a taste of the hotel’s décor.
