Located in the Old Montreal, with a spectacular view from the terrace on the Saint Lawrence River and the port, this loft used to be a fire station. The designer combined the old building’s unique past and industrial charm with modern aesthetics and cosy décor. It resulted in a distinctly masculine space with a lot of textures ranging from exposed brick walls to stainless steel surfaces and warm wooden tones.

The building that was once a family hardware business, is now residential building filled with sleek industrial style apartments for rent. Like in any classic vintage style project, exposed bricks, impressive arches, and detailed cornices are all over the place, making the four-story Shadyside Commons building filled with unique apartments.

This industrial loft was once a potato barns, can you believe it? It was transformed by Houben & Van Mierlo Architecten into this unique loft that combines original features with nods to their industrial past.

This dazzling loft focuses on a more sophisticated and sleek industrial design and it’s from designer Djordje Stevanovic. The color palette is mainly neutral with gray wood floors, wood stamped concrete and a neutral beige sofa.

This industrial loft is located in Budapest. The plaster was removed from the walls in order to expose the bricks and give the space a more industrial look. Other walls were plastered and renovated with decorative panels.
