Established in New York City, the vintage apartment you’re about to see was designed and decorated by Marie Burgos Interior Design. What’s so great about it? Initially, it has the individual tendency we’ve ever seen. However, our favourite characteristics are all the industrial lighting designs distributed around the house.

A valid method to distinguish this apartment’s style is: modern with a vintage industrial twist. Wherever you look there’s a unique vintage item that belongs right in with the contemporary style.

As you can quickly realise, the living room is full of tone. The dark woodwork and the bold purple sofa and armchairs give this room a strong character, that would only be complete with a few industrial lighting designs. Our favourite? The floor lamp right next to the couch!

One of the features that we just love about this residence is the stunning view over the city of New York. Who wouldn’t want it?

First, let’s take a moment to enjoy the view again… Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about how refreshing and distinctive it is to see an easel be the support for… a tv! It fits right in with the unique decor of the house and we love it!

But let’s get to the point. Using diverse designs for each lamp in the bedroom was a very audacious move, that ended up paying for itself. This gives, even more, a disposition to the bedroom, as each lighting design is unique in its own way.
