Oporto is going to be the city host of one of the most wanted events of the year that will join together all the elements to discuss what’s new in the luxury business. It is an event organized by the Portuguese group, Covet and it is going to happen this month, on the 20th and the 21 st!
The whole point of this event is to give new perspectives of luxury branding and to observe the most innovative practices of luxury design industries as the main element of the growth and elevation of national design and craftsmanship.
Oporto is a city known for its heritage, the proud of its roots, and its craftsmanship. The event will occur in a building design by the famous Portuguese Architect, Siza Vieira, called Multiusos de Gondomar.

Cais da Ribeira
This Porto area is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world it is also one of the best places to get views across the city. Ribeira means riverside and Cais da Ribeira is basically the district on the banks of the Douro River and running up into the heart of historic Porto’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Dom Luis Bridge
The Ponto de Dom Luis is an iconic bridge in Porto which was completed in 1886; at the time it was the longest iron arch in the world. The bridge has two parallel straight tracks separated by an elegant iron arch. On the upper level there is a metro line and on the lower level there are car lanes and pedestrian paths.
Palácio de Bolsa
This national monument is a neo-classical building which dates back to 1842 and was designed by Joaquim da Costa Lima Junior. It is the headquarters of the Commercial Association of Porto and a cultural conference center. The building was only completed in 1910 and the interior was designed by several well known architects and artists.
Clerigos Tower
The Clerigos Tower stands beside the Clerigos Church or Church of the Clergymen. The Torre dos Clerigos bell tower was completed in 1763 and the adjacent church were built in the baroque style in 1732-1750 for the Brotherhood of the Clerigos. The tower and church were designed by Italian architect Nicolau Nasoni.
