The designer soon founded his own design studio – LB Architektur – a well established German design company, located in Darmstadt. A team of experts ready to fulfil its clients’ needs and wishes. Lothar believes that the key of sucess is the attention to detail, always trying to achieve what the client envisions.
Windowed walls or slidding doors are a great escape to the outside world, without leaving the house. It is also a great change to have the perfect view of the landscape design and it allows that all the sunlight comes in!

Speacialized in a style that is hard to define, contemporary design means ‘at the moment’. With this being said, it’s easy to understand that we’re talking about a style that is always evolving throughout time. Nowadays, it can be defined as minimalistic, with clean lines, a neutral color palette and functional furnishing and lighting. Open spaces are also an architectural trend that you can see here in this residential project.
